This is a wall flip. It was taught to me by Gabe Nunez of the free running team - Team Tempest. You may have seen them as part of the opening act of the 2007 Taurus World Stunt Awards.




This is some footage of a front flip with a full twist at Olympica Gym in Los Angeles. I've met a lot of awesome stunt people here.




This is the dive that won me Second Place at the LA84 Diving Competition in August 2007. This is a Back Somersault with a one and a half twist.




This is a Round Off Back Handspring.
